My experience was really great here! They did some x-rays which did take a little while more than expected but none the less this showed their care and concern for my well-being in the chair. Dr. Irina Frolov was very kind and thorough in her explanation to me regarding my appointment and her assistant was very nice. I would give my overall experience a 10/10. Thank You!

All of the staff, from the receptionist to Dr. Irina, were very friendly and professional. Dr. Irina is both very pleasant to chat with and a straight shooter. She answered all of my questions patiently and performed my cleaning thoroughly. I'm definitely visiting again.

Dr. Irina is very friendly and nice. Her staff was cordial and friendly. Dr. Irina did an awesome job on my teeth and I look forward to my 6 month checkup.

The dentist was very pretentious and after she told me I needed the get mouth surgery and a lot of fillings (which might not be covered by insurance) she was promoting her teeth whitening kit. It was just very abrupt and surprising and she was literally pitching it to me like it was a commercial break. I hated it. All she cares about is money- not her patients. Never again.

Even though they were unable to accept my particular dental insurance, they made every effort to help me with what was a dental emergency. The doctor also provided me with clear options and a good explanation of the problem and chances of success (for each treatment option). James at the front desk also was very kind and helpful, not only with contacting my insurance company but also patiently explaining what my options were.
