My normal PCP retired so I was very hesitant on seeing a new Dr. I didn’t know what to expect. Immediately it was warm and straight to problem solving explaining issues that needed to be addressed then treatment plans. I was so lost but she took everything I gave her and my medical records fixed medications and referrals. I’m truly blessed I went in. I feel better with the medication changes and optimistic about getting my health back in line. I’m truly blessed

I waited for 20 minutes and kept calling in and nobody showed. When she did show I couldn’t hear her, and she said she was calling me back and she was not. I took an early lunch for this at work and nobody showed up. I am extremely upset about this as I am in so much pain and can’t see a doctor out here for months.
