It was my first time at this dental office since I recently switched insurance and the service was amazing! The staff was great and gave me so much knowledge I had never heard before at other dentist offices. Looking forward to my next appointment!

Awesome. I was recommended to this office by a friend and I was not disappointed. Dr. De Mesa even did the teeth cleaning himself - which has NEVER happened for me since I was a kid, it's always been a dental hygenist! I'm so glad I found this office. The office was clean with a convenient DTLA location, and staff was pleasant, helpful, and well informed.

Was able to clearly communicate his process and impressively identified a past dentist completely overlooked (despite such dentist being way more expensive). Overall, I was completely satisfied and would recommend this dentist to anyone.

My appointment time from Zocdoc wasn’t going to work so the office called me a rescheduled me to an earlier time which worked out great. The staff was super friendly and I am definitely going to go again!

A really well run office. I had two appointments, and both went really well. They were informative, listened to my questions and provided me with a plan to get my dental health on track. The office’s covid procedures are thorough and I always felt safe. The best dentist I have been to in a very long time.

I had an incredible experience at Dr. Mak's office. I was greeted immediately by the front desk associate who had already researched my insurance prior to the appointment. Then, I had the most thorough and informational cleaning of my life. It sounds silly, but no one has ever taken the time to really explain to me what is going on while they're working. Jennifer is a great dental technician. Dr. Mak was also very kind and professional. This is the kind of practice you keep coming back to for years!
