Most relevant
First session. So far so good. I appreciate that their office just rescheduled me when they had a conflict between the zocdoc availability and theirs. Instead of just cancelling and leaving me to search some more. Their team is proactive and responsive. Provider seems to have an inviting presence (even on telehealth) and often repeated to see if what she heard was what I said/was trying to convey. Looking forward to the next session.
