Dr. Rhodes made an incredible first impression. She is extremely kind and approachable, she's a great listener, and also is willing to dig into the details to make sure you fully understand different health related terms and best practices.

Dr. Rhodes was very professional, polite. Asked me questions and gave me time to answer and was conscientious of my comments. The front desk staff Ketsey was wonderful . She called before my appointment to give me directions and other pertinent info about my first time visit to this office. I highly recommend this practice!

After covid I decided to re-evaluate doc practices I was going to and try a new one. Saw a few online comments of dr Flanagan that she was great doc. First time visit to practice and easy to find and get signed in. Was amazed I had no wait which normally I’m always sitting for 20 mins for appt. Nice office and nurse and dr were friendly and through. She went over all topics I would expect and listened. Will continue to see her and the practice in general.

Dr. Flanagan is probably the most attentive physician I’ve ever experienced in my life. There was virtually no wait time and she spent as much time as needed to go over all medical concerns, etc. She is definitely a breath of fresh air

From booking my appointment on Zocdoc to being in person for my appointment the whole process was very smooth and I’m thoroughly impressed with Dr. Flanagan and the whole office staff as a new patient. Even when I made my appointment, I received a call same day letting me know that there will be information sent to me which i did receive week before my appointment. The day before my appointment, I received another call from office staff notifying me on directions which I really appreciated. On the day of your appointment everything was great. There’s a parking garage next door, and even the front desk at the entrance was so kind ??! Everyone in Dr. Flanagan‘s office was really nice and Dr. Flanagan herself is an angel. Everywhere was clean. I really appreciated her listening to my concerns especially with specific things and made sure that all the labs I inquired about were ordered? for me.? I look forward to making future appointments and I 100% recommend her to anyone!

As someone who does not like the doctor due to a fear of needles, Dr. Flanagan and the nurse who saw me made me feel comfortable and at ease during the appointment. Dr. Flanagan listened to the issues I was having and gave me multiple options to help alleviate them. It is very difficult to find doctors that I can trust, and after moving to the area I was worried about finding a new doctor. I will definitely be coming back to see Dr. Flanagan and the rest of the staff each year.

Dr Flanagan is the best doctor I have had in a long time. She makes you feel important & comfortable, never rushes you, and she addresses all your questions or concerns in a genuine, kind, non-judgmental way. Definitely a doctor I don’t mind going to see, it’s always a pleasant, 5 star experience.

Dr. Flanagan was one of the first doctors I can remember sitting down and discussing my care with me. She listened and we came up with health goals together. So happy to have her as my new PCP.

Waiting time was minimal. I was taken right back to the room with the nurse. Shortly afterwards Dr. Flanagan came into the room. It was my first appointment and she spent adequate time going over my medical history and asking about my concerns. She answered all my questions and was very informative and easy to talk to. She listened to all my concerns and offered suggestions and new things that we could try that my old doctor didn’t. I felt very comfortable with her.
