The woman at reception is incredibly rude I did not contact me about the appointment essentially being canceled twice, I showed up both times to a locked dooand light off they need to fix the hours on the app because apparently they do not reflect the actual hours of the office and when you call you go to voice-mail where the box is full and they don't return calls.

Administrative Assistant for this practice is extremely professional and personable. Dr. Nwandu is a great listener and has a wealth of education,knowledge and experience which correlates to great customer care!. Dr. Nwandu works with me to create a custom plan of care just for me! Dr. Nwandu always encourages me to call the office if I have any questions pertaining to my office visits or if I need assistance in any way regarding my care in his practice.

Michael Nwandu is AMAZING!!! I am very nervous around psychiatrists after suffering through numerous psychiatrists who were rude, impersonal, unprofessional, and at times unethical. Michael Nwandu put me at ease instantly. He was friendly (he had me laughing and smiling instantly), he took the time to explain why he wanted to have lab tests done, and really communicated through his actions and words that he cared about me as a patient. That coupled with his excellent receptionist who made me feel welcomed and taken care of, means that I will absolutely continue seeing him. I cannot praise him and his staff enough.
