this office doesn't do insurance pre-auth, they ask you for a credit card authorization upfront. while on zocdoc it says "optional", it's not really optional. so they want to (1) charge you up front (2) talk to insurance (3) if insurance pays them refund you.
the challenge here is the form, and while on Zocdoc it says "optional" they won't see you without it, they refuse to do pre-auth with insurance.

I appreciate that they got me in same day, they checked everything over with my insurance and there was no unexpected billing issues! Everyone was friendly there and even though I was the last patient of the day keeping them late, they were kind and patient, happy to stay late to make sure I got the care I needed.

I have bad anxiety and didn’t leave feeling confident about treatment or being able to get my root canal addressed in an appropriate amount of time. I was in excruciating pain and they offered to give me a cleaning same day. I went elsewhere.

Bad. Used Zocdoc to make appointment for a cleaning. Confirmed cleaning over the phone several days before the appointment and upon arrival. NO cleaning. Was told consultation. Was told Zocdoc does defaults to consultation. Either way, it should have been a cleaning. Will never use Zocdoc or Singh again!

Best experience at a dentist in my life. I had to have a tooth pulled and it was the most painless procedure ever. The Dentist was so kind and made sure I was not in pain. I could tell she really cares about her patients and her practise . I highly recommend them and I will be going back for more work that I have put off.
