The visit involved warranty work on my hearing aids, My previous audiologist is no longer available so the DeWitts took care of it. They are a Husband and wife team. Quick and easy.

I highly recommend Scott based on my visit with him. He was a pleasure to meet and talk to, and took the time to really listen to what was going on with my ears, delving into everything and making sure he had a good picture before starting his examination. He did a great job explaining everything as well, before, during, and after his examination and testing of my ears, so that I knew what was going on.

Dr Zells was friendly, very competent and listened and understood my hearing concerns. I feel very confident that he has prescribed the correct solution to my hearing issues. In prescribing the appropriate hearing aids, his first criteria was, my particular hearing deficit and what would work best. His second consideration was my financial situation and whether cost was a major concern. His third consideration was lifestyle.... that is would I be in crowds and restaurants with lots of background noise. In other words, one size does not fit all. I really appreciated this.

Very, very few doctors I went to were willing to give me a complete picture of the data from the tests. Dr. Zells showed me the chart, let me know about the limitations of the test, and even factored in my anxiety and depression into the results. He was kind, empathetic, honest, and listened to everything I had to say. He took me seriously and I felt respected and like he genuinely cared about everything I said. 10/10, incredible doctor.

I was super happy with my visit to Dr. Zells’ office. They had a little bit of a schedule conflict with ZocDoc’s system, but Dr. Zells called me to fix it really quickly. They actually got me in earlier than I was expecting.
The office is really nice and clean, and the receptionist was very kind and welcoming. Dr. Zells was personable and easy to talk to. He listened to notes about my medical history, and seemed very intentional in his recommendations and referrals.
All in all, the appointment was great. I am super happy I chose Dr. Zells.

Everything about my experiences at Modern Audiology has been far beyond amazing.
I am 23 and need hearing aids in both ears. At first the diagnosis was scary but Dr. Dewitt was so reassuring that everything will be normal.
I have noticed such a tremendous difference already since starting my hearing aids and non of it would have been possible if not for Modern Audiology.

I had a great experience here. Both the front desk staff and the provider were extremely friendly and caring. The office is clean, well decorated, and has refreshments available in the waiting room.
I went to have my hearing tested and see about getting hearing aids. Dr. Pennington is very knowledgeable, a great communicator, and down to earth. He explained each test before we did it, and showed me graphs helping me understand exactly how my hearing is affected. He helped me pick out some hearing aids by showing me all of my available options and exactly how much they would cost.
The preparation put in ahead of time by staff made me feel that I was in good hands. Really great experience and will be happy to go back in the future. Thanks!

This is a WOW doctor. I'm serious. The office was meticulous. The staff (Lilly, if I' not mistaken) was super friendly and kind. The doctor knew his stuff and helped me get a letter for my job, requesting reasonable accommodations for my hearing disability. What more can I say? If you're unsure of whether to book, I hope my review convinces you otherwise, sincerely, as these guys are exellent.
