Modern Dental
Modern Dental is a dental office in Tenafly, New Jersey. We've
cared for patients across Bergen County and Northern New Jersey since 2000.
We're in-network with Clover Health Medicare Advantage, and your Clover dental benefits are handled by DentaQuest. We also accept Humana, Aetna, UnitedHealthcare, Delta, Cigna and most major PPO plans. If you're not sure what your plan covers, call us and we'll check it before your visit.
General, cosmetic and implant care all happen under one roof. Our dental lab is in the office, so many crowns, dentures and implant restorations are finished in one visit instead of the usual two-to-three-week wait for an outside lab. The same team that plans your case is the team that makes it.
Implants are planned from a 3D scan and placed with a surgical guide, so the position is decided before anything starts.
We built this practice for people who feel anxious about the
dentist, who have put off care for years, or who just want someone to explain the options first. Visits aren't rushed. You'll hear your choices and your cost in plain language before any work begins.
We speak English, Russian and Spanish, and we're taking new
patients.

Excellent annual visit. Xrays and cleaning. Dr. Shrayman actually did the cleaning himself, rare today. No problem was found.
