I visited this office for a routine cleaning. Very modern and clean office setting, but parking was hard to find and not clearly labeled. Instructions to park was not clearly explained or provided. The initial dentist I saw and hygienists were friendly but I felt the dentist did not really listen to me. The hygienist was very informative and the cleaning went well, but this was perhaps the only positive experience I had. After the cleaning, the office manager came into the room with suggested procedures, asking me to sign the paperwork for the suggested work, I was taken aback by that as they did not clearly explain why I needed to sign the paperwork. I was assured it was only suggested work and nothing will be billed to me. I really do hope that is all it was and nothing more. The office manager was a little pushy on the recommended work and kept reminding me to come in soon for the suggested cleaning. In summary, it was not a great experience, I will find another dentist office.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kaus for many many years and consequently my daughter became her patient as well. Now my husband has become her patient. He needs a lot of work to be done we would trust no one but Dr. Kaus to do the work. Her professionalism, knowledge and genuine care for her patients are equal to none.

I know Dr. Kaus for approximately 10 years now. I remember the first time I saw her, I told her how scared I was to see a dentist. She responded, " don't you worry", you will not feel any pain." She then proceeded to explain in detail what I needed. I needed a root canal and a crown, some filings and a cleaning on my teeth. Dr. Kaus made me feel very confident. She is a extremely courteous, sensitive to patient's needs and her bedside manners are exceptional. I would not trust any other dentist than Dr. Kaus for my teeth.
