I booked this appointment a few weeks in advance and confirmed before going in. When I arrived I was told that the doctor was running half an hour late. After waiting a half hour, I checked in with the receptionist. Again, they told me she would be a half hour late. I was brought back to the exam room after 45 minutes, told to change, then told that the doctor still was not in the building but would be with me soon. After sitting naked in a cold room for another 20 minutes and not being attended to I decided to leave. Pretty horrible experience.
