I had such a great experience with Dr. Calvin Richards, ND, PA. I felt welcome and at ease. It's rare to feel like you're not being rushed through a medical appointment, but my visit was different. He took the time to listen to all of my concerns. What I really appreciated was how he maintained eye contact, let me finish my thoughts completely before responding, and he asked thoughtful follow-up questions. At the conclusion of the visit, I had a clear and understandable care plan for next steps, and for the first time in a very long while, I felt a huge sense of relief. It's very meaningful to find a doctor who combines medical expertise with a compassionate and patient-centered approach. I'm grateful and feel like a partner in my health journey.
