I’d heard about the Jiffy Knee option for knee replacement. I’m not “local” so was coming to learn more and to determine if this would work with me living a couple of hours away. (It will.). I went with a long list of questions, most of which were answered before I even asked them, just through conversation about what to expect with the procedure, and the Doctor reviewing my case. Then had time to ask the other questions, all which were clearly addressed. Not only came away with all concerns addressed, but did not feel rushed at all in the process.
