The office never contacted me, the day of my appointment 10 minutes before time I gave them a call to ask them for the zoom link they said we're sorry the provider cannot see you today.

She was a no call, no show. Office did not answer when I called to see what she as going on. Nobody reached back out to me. Unprofessional and a waste of time.

The video call did not work, so I asked her can we do phone call since in im in an area I have poor connection. She told me no to the phone call and I really need to talk to somone since I’m going through a lot mentally. It’s whatever.
