Dr. Lisa M Jukes is a board certified gynecologist who graduated from UT Southwestern Medical School in Dallas in 1996. She spent several years at a multi-physician practice before opening her own practice, now known as Modern Women’s Health, in 2004.
The team at Modern Women’s Health focuses on gynecological services with an emphasis on patients’ overall health and well-being. They see patients of all ages and in all life stages. There was a very rushed feeling in office after a greater than 1 hour wait . Few questions answered ; minimal help achieved.

The staff is judgmental and unwilling to help: The nurses here always rush through my appointment and never take time to hear questions / concerns. I have gone 3 years with a problem and upon one visit to a different gynocologist, was finally properly treated. Separately, this office spends a lot of time advertising aesthetic treatments they offer (lypo, etc.) which I did not appreciate as I only go to this doctor for check-ups. Overall, I strongly recommend going elsewhere, especially if you are going to a gynocologist for the first time.

I met with Kelli Porter, NP as my provider and she was excellent! Professional, took the time to educate me, responsive, gentle, respectful and caring. She is top-notch, as was the entire environment and caring staff!
