My recent experience left me feeling unheard and uncomfortable. I would strongly encourage the staff to work on listening to patients more carefully and improving overall bedside manner. The two women who attended to me did not appear empathetic or genuinely concerned about the symptoms I was experiencing. I initially declined certain tests because I believed they would return negative results due to how long I had already been ill. After the assistant stepped out, I overheard a conversation outside the room indicating that I “needed” to complete the tests. I felt pressured and as though my concerns and choices were not being respected. As expected, the results came back negative. I booked this appointment through Zocdoc specifically seeking a primary care physician. I was unaware that the facility was an urgent care until I received the appointment confirmation. Additionally, the doctor listed on Zocdoc was not present and did not see me during the visit.

The doctor glanced in my throat and said “your throat looks fine” which I should have asked more follow up questions because I don’t know what fine means. Does it mean “not likely strep” which was my concern, or does it mean “normal?” Because I know for a fact my tonsils are pretty swollen. I felt dismissed, he said it’s just a virus and I’ll be fine in no time. I hope that’s true! Tho if it’s not I’ll have to go back and I’ll pick somewhere else next time. My copay ain’t nothin

Doctor was great! However, they almost refused to see my toddler because their card machine wasn't working and I didnt have my physical card to satisfy my copay. Thank goodness another receptionist was able to work her magic and process my payment despite the first receptionist several attempts.

The doctor came in for less than 5 minutes. Didn't ask about symptoms or show any interest in following up after the procedure. Had I not requested that he look in my ears he wouldn't have.

There are times when my primary care provider is not available. I would return for an urgent care matter to avoid an unnecessary emergency room visit. My only issue is no questions were asked about prior medical history.

Went for swollen foot to be x-rayed. Was informed there was no x-ray machine at that location. I informed PA the reason I chose that facility was because website said it was able to do x-rays. PA informed me the machine is there only on certain days. I stated that the website and signage on office window said x-rays were done at that location. If that is not the case, that information should be removed since it is deceptive.

I did not see the caregiver I had scheduled. I understand life happens, and for certain urgent matters, yes, I would go back to this specific location. It is convenient to get to, seemed extremely clean, and a smooth in and out.
