Was not seen by the doctor I booked an appointment with. Had to wait for an hour and didn’t get much resolution to the problem.

The doctor and patient manner was great. I didn’t get to see the doctor I wanted for comparable reasons. I was still able to discuss the reason I was there and the doctor was able to prescribe proper medication.

The business couldn’t accommodate the reason I was there . I am an out of pocket customer and although I thoroughly explained the reason for my visit, knowing they couldn’t accommodate waited until they charged me for my visit to let me know they were unable to help me at that office. I was told to call off site management to help me with refund to no answer. Feel mistrusted and taken advantage of.

I booked with a physician and then was redirected to another provider. When I came in, they asked me why I was there. I told them "to establish primary care." They said, "ok, but why are you here?" I said the same thing I just told them - and said "and also get my medicine refilled." They responded and said "Ok, you are here for medication refill." Then the provider entered, refilled my medicine and left. The appointment ended.

I scheduled an appointment and even called ahead to confirm that I was coming specifically for an X-ray. When I arrived, I ended up waiting for two hours while every other patient, none of whom were Black, was called to see the doctor before me even though I had been there first. I eventually had to go up to the desk myself to point out that this was not fair. After all of that, I was finally called in, only to then be told that X-rays are not done on Mondays and are only available on Sundays. This was extremely frustrating and upsetting, as this information should have been communicated to me immediately, not after hours of waiting and experiencing what felt like discriminatory treatment.

This facility is one of the better urgent care’s to go to, everyone that works there is very welcoming and polite. I made an appointment online and I think it’s better than arriving as a walk in “just my opinion “
