A lot of Appointments open for 9:00am and 9:30 am which you are able to book but then the provider says they don’t come in at that time even though it has all of these appointment times listed . And the first time I went to him I booked and appointment and when I got there he was there but told me I would have to reschedule .

I arrived early. The nurse took me back at the appointment time. I then waited 30 for the doctor. There was no other patient present.
The doctor focused on whether or not I had diabetes or a heart condition and not why I was there, which was to get relief from my current bad seasonal allergies. I also asked for referrals for allergist, dermatologist, and gynecologist along with mammogram and colonoscopy. When asked for a steroid shot, the doctor offered a round of 5 days worth of steroid pills which will delay my recovery. I have no voice, a headache 4/10, tiredness, a cough, and a runny nose. The doctor was more interested in running tests on my heart than treating my current ailments.

This was my second visit. Our first visit was brief and I felt rushed. The follow-up, second visit, was much better than the first! Dr Alam was attentive and listened to my concerns.
The office staff was nice and friendly. ZocDoc made it easy to make an appointment.

He has been my PCP for about 4 years now, and I would not change at all. He and his staff are very knowledgeable and he is very one on. I was admitted into the hospital and he came at 10pm to check on me!

Dr. Alam had a calm bedside manner and listened to my concerns. I didn't feel rushed like I have with past doctors. The office is average and the staff was attentive. I will probably go back there.

Dr. Alam is a very good doctor. He listens to your concerns and is very flexible with appointments. Sometimes I have an issue with making it to his office due to the time I leave work and he has offered to stay later to see me. Most doctors would never even consider doing this. 100% of the time I get seen the same day I call for an appointment.

Dr. Alam was very impersonal. Kinda rude and left me in the room for 15 minutes without letting me know what he was doing. When I finally went out to look for him I seen him in his office. He said he was having computer issues. I will not be back
