He was very well spoken, really easy and welcoming to talk to, and very understanding! You need a doctor you can feel comfortable with when discussing your health issues/concerns and I felt very comfortable!

I never hear nothing from doctor
Appt was supposed to be at 2pm waited till 3pm thinking maybe I would hear something I even tried calling his number but no answer ... I was bummed out

I waited to get a link for the video visit but never did or get instructions on how to join the video visit. I really need help so to join be ready for the appointment and no one showed was hard.

Scheduled an appointment with provider almost two weeks in advanced, if not a week, and day of appointment I hadn’t gotten an email or anything from provider with link to join a video call. Phone wasn’t going through, kept hanging up on me, no notice, no contact until 45 minutes AFTER my appointment was supposed to start did I get an email from provider. Never booking through him again.
