I provide a specialized, virtual therapeutic space designed for the modern woman in North Jersey. My approach is two-fold:
• For the Emerging Adult: I help you quiet the noise of 'perfection,' manage the overwhelm of life’s 'firsts,' and build a foundation of self-esteem that isn't dependent on the validation of others.
• For the Trauma Survivor: Using EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), we go beyond talk therapy to target the root of emotional distress, allowing you to safely process the past and reclaim your sense of peace.
Healing isn't just about 'getting by'—it’s about refinement. Together, we will work to unburden your future from the weight of your past.
Our goal is to empower women through transformative, evidence-based therapy that bridges the gap between where you are and who you are meant to be.
