Provider did not listen, rushed through the appointment. I had symptoms/concerns and she said since this was my annual physical I needed to make an appointment to address any ‘not annual physical’ related issues. I’ve seen her before and she was good but I will never go back to her. She obviously only cares about the copay and money. Go somewhere else.

I have NO IDEA why this doctor has so many good reviews. She is rough with instruments & doesn't listen so you have to say everything over & over. I had to keep explaining why I needed a diagnostic mammo even though she was given my history from my past gyn (who closed her practice). When I got my lab results it indicated a severe issue & she didn't even call me! I called the office twice & they said she would call & she never did. That was two weeks ago and I called AGAIN this morning & they promised she would call back today & she didn't so I'm leaving this review because that's terrible. According to the lab report it could be cancer & she doesn't even care to call. TERRIBLE!

Quick and easy appointment. I went in for my annual pap smear. The next steps were explained quickly. I was also able to renew my Rx for birth control pills. Office staff is friendly and prompt.

They gave me the wrong Rx and I didn't find out until I got to my radiology appt. Then there was no one there to correct the rx in a timely fashion. I was hung up on by their incompetent rude staff who claimed it "wasn't their fault." Honey, it is your office's fault. It is a hardship for me to get to a radiology appointment without a car and taking time off work and I could not afford to return if they rescheduled meaning I would not get the care I needed. With people's care on the line mistakes must not be made and if they are they must be corrected in a timely fashion. No one in this office understands their jobs or has respect for their patients and they should go find another profession.

Elsa was honestly amazing! It was my first time getting a pap smear and once I told her that, she was very patient with explaining every item that was to be used, giving me detailed instructions and answering all my questions. She also was very detailed in answering questions I had that were not exactly pap smear related. Overall, I found it very comfortable to talk to Elsa throughout the whole time she was seeing me. 10/10 would return and recommend.

My first virtual doc appt, I needed a prescription for my mammogram. Lots of back and forth between office and MSK, took over a week to get the Rx faxed over. Confusion on their own patient portal capabilities to download Rx. Obviously not the NP fault but all this work just to get your mammogram. Hate health insurance rules.
