I have a primary dentist that wasn't able to fix my permanent retainer so I found this Dr on Zoc Doc and requested a New Patient visit in order to make the repairs needed. I was given prior notice they would also have to take X-Rays and do a light cleaning before they could treat my retainer which I agreed to. At the appointment, I was in the chair for over 90minutes and they doctor kept making suggestions for me to have to pay out of pocket money for additional X-rays, pictures, new retainers, and they stated I had numerous cavities that needed to be filled that day (I've had one cavity in my entire life and I visit my primary dentist every 6 months). I felt pretty uncomfortable having to keep declining all of these offers to pay additional money on my first visit to the firm where I had scheduled a 45min New Patient appointment for a cleaning and slight repairs. Would not recommend or return to this practice.

"I recommend this place and Dr. Khosh 100% and more. I was desperately looking for immediate care for my Dad's dental bridge situation. He is a visitor, and he doesn't have dental insurance. He was in pain and very much embarrassed by the look. When I found Montgomery street dental and talked to Dr. Khosh, it was like something from heaven happened to us. He immediately asked for some images from his mouth, asked for the last x-rays, and gave us his opinion over the phone! At that moment, I knew we were in good hands. I was told to see a specialist - a prosthodontist - due to the complexity of my dental work. I also wanted to improve my smile since I was showing too much gum. Many of my dental work including dental implant crowns had to be redone since they were not done right. Dr. Khosh is very knowledgeable and passionate about his work. Dr Kosh is so gentle. I have extreme dental anxiety due to multiple poor dental experiences but Dr Kosh and his caring staff were able to get in my implants quickly and most importantly painlessly. One of my other concerns was that I was expecting a big bill. This office is really modern and highly reviewed and typically that equates to big $$$ but actually his office is much more affordable than some of the other nearby practices. They were able to use my insurance benefits and offered an easy payment plan that broke everything into affordable monthly payments. I want to personally thank Dr Kosh for calming my nerves and giving me back my smile.

I am lucky to call Dr. Khoshvaghti my colleague and friend. I trust him and his work so much that took my beloved mother all the way from OC to be seen by Dr. Khoshvaghti.
