MCS Counseling Center is a group psychotherapy practice dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based counseling in a supportive and welcoming environment. Our clinicians work collaboratively with each client to foster meaningful change, emotional well-being, and lasting personal growth.
We believe therapy should feel safe, respectful, and tailored to your individual needs. Our approach is client-centered and relational, integrating evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, and systems-oriented approaches. We focus not only on symptom relief, but also on helping clients build insight, resilience, healthier relationships, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges.
Our practice serves children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, and we offer both in-person and telehealth appointments. We are committed to creating a nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported as they work toward meaningful and sustainable change.
