Dr. Yerneni is talented, thorough, and importantly (especially for a dentist) GENTLE. I have actually nearly drifted to sleep while she has been cleaning my teeth, which was never a remote possibility with any other dentist I have been to. If you live in the Bushwick/East Williamsburg area, I think you are mistaken if you consider going elsewhere for a dental appointment.

She makes sure to explain exactly what is going on with your dental health, offering realistic advice and options while being careful not to recommend any care that is not completely necessary, which is a breath of fresh air compared to some dentists! She doesn't chastize or catastrophize, which can add unneeded worry. She just tells it how it is matter-of-factly. I highly recommend her!

The office is very small, dirty and outdated. I came in on a Saturday morning and it looked closed from the outside. My appointment was less beneficial than expected. The dentist did my cleaning which was great, but she did not floss my teeth. The woman working the desk was helpful, but said my insurance covered my appointment. Although I was never billed outside my insurance, they did bill my provider as out of network. I just wish they were more transparent about this process. Also there was a dead roach in the bathroom I used before leaving... would not recommend.

It had been a while since I was able to go to the Dentist and Dr. Krishna made me feel totally comforted. I’m forgetting the name of the dental hygienist, but she was also lovely and comforting. I loved the easy-going atmosphere the office had and I immediately felt like I could trust the staff to be honest if there were issues but also not push me to get any unnecessary, expensive services (something I’ve experienced before from Dentists). I definitely plan to schedule my apt with her again in 6 mos ??

Office didn’t take my insurance but I wasn’t notified until I was at the office already in the patients chair. Of course i wasn’t gonna pay out of pocket. So I left. Should’ve made it known to me before I went.
