I had a great experience. Dr. Suhlili was very informative and kind. The staff was amazing, and office was very clean. The Dr. was with me the whole time providing gentle care and thorough cleaning. I felt comfortable that I was getting the best care and information.

This was a return visit from last week due to a crown that came off during routine exam. It had previously come off during eating and been replaced. I expected to be charged for the restoration of the crown, but to my amazement I was not. Needless to say, I was grateful to Dr. Shulkin.

My wife & I think of him as a friend, not just our dentist. He takes a personal interest in us, knowing us well after a professional relationship of nearly 12 years. He also is frank about choices we may have in our dental care that can save us money.

Bedside manner is severely lacking. Aggressive, car-salesman-like behavior when pursuing treatment options.
I didn't trust the diagnosis because of his aggressive tactics.

Mikhail was accurate and professional and never brusque; he showed me high-resolution pictures of my teeth before and after the cleaning he performed (which was detailed and excellent). He told the truth without sugarcoating things, which was very effective in promoting action on my part.
