Welcome to Moore Psychiatry. At Moore Psychiatry, I provide compassionate, individualized psychiatric care for children, adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, OCD, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative environment where patients feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their treatment decisions. I take an integrative approach to mental health care, recognizing that emotional well-being is influenced by many factors, including lifestyle, sleep, stress, physical health, relationships, and personal goals. Treatment plans are tailored to each individual and may include medication management, psychotherapy-informed interventions, lifestyle recommendations, and coordination with other healthcare providers when appropriate. During our initial evaluation, I take time to understand your symptoms, history, strengths, and goals to develop a personalized treatment plan. Follow-up visits focus on monitoring progress, adjusting treatment as needed, and providing ongoing support as we work toward meaningful and lasting improvement. Whether you are seeking help for a new concern or looking for a provider who takes a thoughtful and comprehensive approach to psychiatric care, I look forward to partnering with you on your mental health journey.
