It was great, I couldn’t be there in person but got to speak with Dr Mathis over the phone as my baby’s aunt took her on my behalf. She was very pleasant and provided a lot of helpful information. I felt very supported in making sure my baby is healthy. I could tell she cared just by speaking with her over the phone. 10/10

I really appreciated the time Dr. Mathis took with me and my son. I had a lot of questions being that this was his first visit and with all the changes his body is going through. She was kind, patient, and relatable. THANK YOU. I look forward to continuing seeing her as needed.

I really like Dr. Mathis, she is patient she listens well, she interprets what I’m trying to say as a parent. She is great at handling my daughter which is most important and is so good at encouraging us as parents as well.

Dr. Mathis is the perfect person for the field of pediatric care. She and her staff made my husband I feel calm. She knew how to interpret and address my concerns. She was so gentle with our baby and wasn’t forceful even when our baby became a bit fussy. You won’t regret having your child be cared for by Dr. Mathis!

From thr time I entered the office, we were immediately greated as if they knew who we were. The staff is friendly and informative and they took their time and we did not feel like just another patient. The office is super clean, they still implement the mask rule and the rooms are definitely special in terms of keeping pediatric patients calm and occupied. Very nice facility amd staff. Doctor Mathis is so patient, a good listener and it didn't seem forced in kindness. She provided the best pediatric experience we've ever had with a primary care physician!!

Awesome doctor and staff! I got the paperwork mailed to me beforehand so I could bring it in ready. So many great instructions and 2 emails and 2 calls and 1 text reminding me about the appointment (one week before, 3 days before, one day before, today). The doctor was really helpful and professional. I recommend it to anyone.

I am exceptionally pleased with this healthcare group. It has been a smooth journey ever since booking it on Zoc Doc. They called me the very next day to confirm. It was nice to know that they stay up-to-date with the platform(s) they are partnered with. There have been times when offices don't even coincide their schedule with ZocDoc. What impressed me most is the digital touch screen monitor in the exam room where my son explored the stomach. One of the reasons we were there. To know that he learned something new about his body before the doctor even walked into the room is amazing. That is exactly the type of peds practice that I want my son to grow in.
