Dr Hicks was excellent. He took his time, reviewed current and past radio graphic studies, developed a sound clinical hypothesis and set a reasonable action plan. Highly recommend him. Getting to him was a challenge because the office staff kept trying to schedule me with someone else or a PA. I really wanted to see him. Happy to use ZocDoc to make my own appointment!

Dr. Hicks was personable, professional, experienced and, seemingly, up-to-date on use of the latest computer technology. He did a thorough assessment, checked my images and achieved a plan of care in a decidedly fully interactive manner. He answered all questions unreservedly. He has a great sense of humor and was fun to converse with. Highly recommended!!

I had thoughts of what I wanted to get out of the doctor's visit. There was information I wanted to make sure was heard, understood, and responded too. I didn't have to try and force information. He was thorough and without me having to ask to or say accomplished what I was hoping for out of the appointment.
