Dr Hicks was excellent. He took his time, reviewed current and past radio graphic studies, developed a sound clinical hypothesis and set a reasonable action plan. Highly recommend him. Getting to him was a challenge because the office staff kept trying to schedule me with someone else or a PA. I really wanted to see him. Happy to use ZocDoc to make my own appointment!

Dr. Hicks was personable, professional, experienced and, seemingly, up-to-date on use of the latest computer technology. He did a thorough assessment, checked my images and achieved a plan of care in a decidedly fully interactive manner. He answered all questions unreservedly. I had thoughts of what I wanted to get out of the doctor's visit. There was information I wanted to make sure was heard, understood, and responded too. I didn't have to try and force information. This experience was great from setting up an appt to the quickness to be seen once at the office. The doctor explained the options to us regarding the condition of my hip. He was not pushy and left the decision up to us while giving us all the information to help us make a decision. He brought in a model to explain the procedure and talked to us about all the risks. We felt very confident leaving the office.

Great experience! Dr. Kuhn is very knowledgeable and they took x-rays on site but I needed more imaging (MRI) to be done before we could figure out the issue. My insurance tried to call me directly to tell me I was approved (instead of the office), but it was sorted in a few days and I had the imaging done less than week after the initial visit. Now I just need the follow-up to see the results!

I was feeling really nervous about seeing the DR. I had never met him before and had worked in surgery as a surgical technologist for many years and assisted in many orthopedic procedures. This experience contributed to my nervousness. When Dr Kuhn he walked into the room he reached his hand out to shake mine and introduced himself and smiled. He immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. When he talked about my X-rays he again assured me of the possible treatments I might need to have. He explained what the problem with my knee was. He also explained that the surgical procedures have changed since I worked there many years ago.

I saw this doctor the first time I thought I finally found a great doctor. Then went for testing and had a follow up appointment booked for me at a different office, I get their 9 minutes late and the front desk tells me that Dr. Kuhn has a strict 7 min window he follows that if you are not there within, you will need to rebook your appointment for another time...uh, no I will need to find a new doctor. Be forewarned, if you are going to be more than 7 minutes late, don't bother even going, if you get stuck in traffic, doesn't matter, after 7 minutes doctor will not see you! The staff what great to deal with, they cannot say anything about it but they totally get it.

Dr. Reardon and the entire staff was amazing!!! Dr. Reardon diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes and other Dr.’s have said nothing was wrong. Highly recommend Dr. Reardon. My wife is going to see him about her knee and we are driving to Middletown ct from Massachusetts to see him. Staff was friendly, courteous and it was genuine not phoney.

Dr. Reardon, the MOSA practice, the Staff I encountered on my visit were all top-notch. It would have been difficult to obtain an urgent or routine appointment with a Board-Certified Orthopedi Surgeon had it not been for ZocDoc. His credentials are impeccable and the Review higher than I've ever seen, but the reality matches the office practice. It's clear to see everyone works as a well-practiced team and they are all highly effective and competent at what they do. I consider myself blessed to have found Dr, Reardon, after less than satisfactory encounters elsewhere. Kudos Team!

The process was very efficient, it was my first visit which was a 4 step process. First I completed my profile on a tablet, followed by body measurements and weight, followed by x-rays on areas in question, and completed by the Doctor getting more information and explaining the results and future steps which in this case is PT. A very honest and to the point explanation by the Doctor and understanding by the patient (myself). A very seamless and efficient workflow.
