Staff friendly enough but very long waits on Mondays. Seen 1 hr, 50 mins after appt time. Did not see provider booked with; I suppose she was supervising and decided the issue did not warrant an md. Medical advice seemed fine. Just office experience far from ideal. They took a new patient history from me verbally in the waiting room including asking about current medications, family eye history, and surgical eye history. Don’t know if that’s their standard practice as I didn’t hear them ask any other patients but I also was a new patient and everyone else might have been old. I suspect not and they were just slammed and trying to get things moving asap. Didn’t feel super protective of the info in the moment but still felt slightly shocked they did this in the waiting room. I literally had to answer verbally with two patients sitting within 3 feet of me. I guess I could have asked to go back in a room but I just wanted to be done as quickly as possible and not be a problem patient.

If you have severe dry eyes and nothing has been working for you, this is your sign to meet with Dr. Mosaddegh! She immediately knew what was wrong (I was diagnosed with ocular rosacea... I had been on top of my annual optometry appointments for 2 years but it went un-diagnosed). She recommended me different eye drops, vitamins to promote my eye and oil gland health as well as simple to follow at-home eye care tasks. Will definitely be booking her again for my annual check-up!

Although the doctor herself was warm and informative, some of the other staff were not at all. One in particular, who was supposed to explain the treatment options to me, left to talk to her colleagues about something completely unrelated for about 5 minutes and overall just delivered the information to me in a very cold manner. Also had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen so be ready to carve out almost 2 hours of your day.

The doctor was not present despite booking an appointment and towards the end when I completed the eye checkup and about to meet the doctor, I was told Doctor is in a conference. I wasted my entire day, took off from work and picked up my daughter just to visit the doctor and this is very unprofessional behaviour. Never recommend this provider.

I would go back but they made my appointment at 1pm and they close for lunch 12-1. I waited outside for 10mins and then 50mins inside the office so my appt was more like 2pm. Could have spaced people out better - i wasn't the first to be seen once they opened.

Office was a little busy so the wait took maybe 15 minutes, but otherwise the doctor was incredible. Went over everything thoroughly and listened to what I cared about. Helped make a new diagnosis that has been giving me problems for years and every other doctor missed. She is wonderful, highly recommend!

The office asked for my insurance card which I provided and then sent
me a confirming text reminding me of my appointment.
After driving 45 min. to the appointment I was told my insurance was not accepted.
Really really unprofessional. It wasted an entire morning for me not to mention the tremendous effort entailed in my getting to that appontment.
I would never ever recommend that office.

Dr. Aguirre was informative and patient. I would recommend her as an optometrist.
However, I cannot recommend the office in general. The office doors were locked until after their lunch (1 PM), and patients were waiting in a small hallway while hearing the front desk staff gossip loudly. The front desk staff was rather short and curt with the patients, in between loudly talking about their personal lives.
The initial exam was performed by a technician, in a room where multiple patients were doing their vision tests, which was extremely uncomfortable. Then I had to wait about 45 minutes to be seen by the doctor. Additionally, the retinal imaging was twice as expensive as any other optometrist I've seen in the city. Then I had to email the office to be sent my prescription, as they forgot to email it to me after my appointment.

I had a great experience starting with the moment I arrived at the office. The staff was warm, welcoming, friendly and helpful. Rocio (front office) was incredible! She helped me figure out my insurance because it is an unusual plan and not easy to decipher. She communicated with my insurance company and figured out my plan and its benefits. She also helped me pick out glasses on a separate visit and was so kind and patient. The whole staff gives off such warm vibes and they work so well together as a cohesive team. My doctor was amazing and clearly communicated any issues that she saw with my eyes and gave me ways to help treat them at home. She was thorough and listened to my concerns. The entire experience was fantastic from start to finish and I will 100% continue with this office for all of my eye are needs.

They are so wonderful there! As soon as you walk in you will meet Rocio who is so friendly and kind! She took time out of her busy schedule to help me decide on my glasses. She even took me outside the office to the street so that I was satisfied with my glasses! Dr. Thomas Aller took his time and checked for everything and made me feel comfortable. The whole experience was so great. What a wonderful team they have there.

Yes, I would go back. I got the most complete eye exam I have ever had on state of the art machines. The doctor spent a good deal of time getting me a proper prescription that gave me optimum vision for my eyes. His care was much appreciated.

I booked an appointment with a white man, but was seen by an asian woman. She was nice. I was told I have oil gland issues causing my dry eyes. After imaging the dr asked me which eye was worse. I said my left eye. She said 'Yes, that is what imaging shows. Look at how your left eye is worse on these pictures'. I had actually gotten my right and left confused (I know, I know). My left eye is much better. A lot of the phrasing she used made it sound like she had been trained in sales, trying to inch me towards paying for more services from them.
Then she told me how I could do some things at home for pretty much free to help the issue on an ongoing basis. Or I could pay them to do basically the same things in the office. I don't understand why I would pay for a machine to massage my eye glands. When I was checking out the receptionist called it the dry eye package. This was the first time I had felt like I was at a car dealership when going to the eye doctor.
