Although the doctor herself was warm and informative, some of the other staff were not at all. One in particular, who was supposed to explain the treatment options to me, left to talk to her colleagues about something completely unrelated for about 5 minutes and overall just delivered the information to me in a very cold manner. Also had to wait about 30 minutes before being seen so be ready to carve out almost 2 hours of your day.
The doctor was not present despite booking an appointment and towards the end when I completed the eye checkup and about to meet the doctor, I was told Doctor is in a conference. I wasted my entire day, took off from work and picked up my daughter just to visit the doctor and this is very unprofessional behaviour. Never recommend this provider.

I didn’t see the main doctor I booked with, and the doctor I met with was curt, made strange assumptions about my medical history when she had no context without asking questions, and wasn’t a good listener. I had to really stand up for myself and it was very frustrating.

It was a great experience. Everything went well. It is amazing. Not only I will go back, but also I am recommending the Madam Doctor to all my friends.
Dr. was very knowledgeable and very professional. My only issue with the experience was that it was very rushed. There was no time for a discussion or to ask questions about the things I was hearing. I barely had time to think much less come up with questions. Felt like I was on a conveyor belt and there wasn’t room in the schedule for much more than a quick diagnosis and next steps. That said, doctor struck me as very knowledgeable and gave me a lot more information than I typically receive during my ophthalmology visits.

She takes a holistic approach, which allows her to identify issues than might not normally be caught.

I thought the staff was very professional, and the doctor explained everything to me in clear language that helped me understand why I did not see very well and what should be done to correct the problem.
I booked an appointment with Dr. Mossadegh (Ophthalmologist). I called the office to reiterate that I want to be seen by an Ophthalmologist. She shows up for a few minutes to oversee another optometrist that was diagnosing my eye problem. I went there for eye dryness and inflammation that I am having after PRK surgery. They diagnosed me with MGD. They didn't ask me about any history of eye inflammation and redness. Few years ago I had eye inflammation and redness, due to sunburned eyes. They were focused on MGD, I didn't even get time to mention my history of eye inflammation in that short visit. After PRK surgery (6 months ago) I have severe red eyes (just my left eye) and inflammation, if I don't use anti-inflammatory. With their MGD diagnosis, I put on a warm mask for a few weeks, but that only worsened my inflamed red eye. Two visits with them cost lot. My insurance is high deductible and I had to pay more than half, out of my pocket. and now I have to look for another doctor. The second session with them was a Glaucoma test which I wasn't even aware of. And I wasn't ready to pay for it out of my pocket. I thought they were going to do more tests about my red inflamed eye in the second session. Overall, bad communication and potentially superficial diagnoses that only cost me money and time.
Dr. Lillie Mosaddegh is absolutely fabulous! Kind, compassionate, thorough, very smart and very committed to making the patient experience the best imaginable. Everyone on her staff was equally gracious and helpful. As a new patient I was blown away by my experience with Dr. Mosaddegh! She has state of the art diagnostic equipment to diagnose eye issues without dilation and more completely. I couldn't have picked a better Opthalmologist!

Highly recommend Dr. Mosaddegh and her office for chronic dry eye issues. She was able to efficiently diagnose my problems, and gave thorough explanations using the images and videos they had captured of my eyes. Also, shoutout to all the staff who were lovely and made me feel at ease. Overall, I spent much longer at the office than expected, but for a good reason! It was definitely worth the time.
