Hello! I welcome you and thank you for visiting my profile! I am a psychiatric provider that believes in treating you with unconditional positive regard and encourages you to actively participate in your journey to wellness. My overall goal is to combine thorough psychiatric assessments with empathetic listening to achieve a collaborative and individualized approach toward the selection of medications that reduce impairments/challenges caused by depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, insomnia, and more. I focus on you as a whole person, and not just a diagnosis. I see patients aged 18 and up in Texas, Colorado, Iowa, and Washington State.
We offer in-person and online appointments for your convenience! All registration, consents, signatures, insurance, and payment information are submitted and maintained electronically via secure, HIPAA-compliant electronic health record and platforms. You can securely contact the provider and office staff via phone, text, and email anytime.

Not even 10 minutes after I booked through Zocdoc, they called me to inform me about the appointment and how to prepare for it. I submitted the documents that were needed for my appointment. The person that called me was so nice and helpful. When my appointment day came up, Ms. Macshadiya was so kind and answered any questions I had. I would totally recommend her to anyone. She was really kind and really cared for me. She tries to be as helpful and possible to make things easier for you. Loved it and I will keep having appointments with her!
