At Mosaic Pain Medicine and Rehabilitation, our mission is to restore quality of life for individuals suffering from acute and chronic pain through a thoughtful, multidisciplinary, and patient-centered approach. Led by Dr. Brian Singer, a fellowship-trained interventional pain management specialist and physiatrist, our practice combines the most advanced medical techniques with compassionate, individualized care. We offer a wide range of minimally invasive procedures tailored to each patient’s diagnosis, goals, and functional limitations. These include fluoroscopy- and ultrasound-guided injections, spinal cord stimulation, peripheral nerve stimulation, and kyphoplasty —a specialized treatment for painful vertebral compression fractures that helps restore spinal stability and relieve pain. We also provide trigger point therapy, joint injections, regenerative medicine options, and other targeted interventions that help patients return to the activities they love.

We offer same-day and next-day appointments, once-weekly evening hours, and in-office procedures for appropriate candidates—allowing for expedited care without the need for hospital-based delays.
Located in Nassau County, we proudly serve patients from the Five Towns, South Shore, and greater Nassau County region. We accept most major insurances, including Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers’ Compensation plans.
