I thought I had booked an appointment with the dentist, but they told me I had only booked with a hygienist. However, I didn't see any distinction or options on the page, so it's probably best to just call the office. Not sure why they're on Zocdoc then. However, I did go back to see a dentist an hour later, which they suggested due to the nature of my teeth. I clarified I wasn't in a great deal of pain, and was told "your teeth look like they should be in pain," which I thought was a funny line and no one else did. Admittedly, my sense of humor can be odd and I hadn't been to a dentist in 10 years. When I saw the dentist it was the one listed on my booking, and she was efficient but friendly. I liked that she didn't sugarcoat (dentist joke) anything, but also didn't shame me for my neglect and poor dental hygiene. Overall I'd give an above-average rating for bedside manner. Despite the confusion, they saw me quickly, were thorough in explanations and tips, and convenient.

I would come back! The receptionist, dental hygienist, and dental assistant were so kind. They were thoughtful and caring and discussed with me any questions I had.

Amazing staff all around. Anna at the front dest was friendly and very helpful with scheduling/questions/insurance info. The dental hygienist was kind and thorough, and Dr. Chan was very good at ensuring I fully understood what was going on with my teeth and x-rays and explained everything clearly and professionally. They were all a pleasure to work with and made an appointment that I was very anxious about go very smoothly.

Excellent! I felt seen and cared for. My pain levels were checked on frequently and responded to with the utmost respect. There was zero upselling on treatments and best of ZERO what I call “floss shaming”. I recommend 10/10!
