Hello and welcome to Motto - a virtual Rheumatology clinic. We focus on the diagnosis and treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis and Psoriatic Arthritis, but have patients with the full spectrum of Rheumatological conditions. Our virtual clinic model gives patients everything expected from a traditional Rheumatology clinic plus science-based, tailored, practical, culturally appropriate diet and lifestyle recommendations.

We are a full-service medical clinic led by Dr. Elizabeth Ortiz, a double board-certified rheumatologist.
Motto uses the Motto patient app to hold your visit. Once you sign up on ZocDoc, you will receive an email to download our app to create your Motto account and complete your patient intakes. You can get started with that process at https://www.mottohealth.co/getting-set-up-in-app

She practices a rare kind of medicine that has a heart and helps patients feel seen and heard. Pus, she is an integrative rheumatologist which is a rarity in the field. She will advise on supplements, minerals, herbs, etc. that will help alongside your meds. I only wish I could have seen Dr. Ortiz earlier in my rheumatology journey.
