I waited longer for her to come in to see me then the time she spent with me.
She I felt was rushing and didn’t explain clearly what I had. She didn’t really check my skin and I was not even provided a gown. She also didn’t tell me to come back after the 2wks of using the lotion for my condition to f/u.

I waited an entire hour in the room to see the Dr. and when I saw her she only gave my son less the 10 mins. She approached him but didn’t even bothered to check him. She rushed the visit and I didn’t have the time to ask questions. Plus she wasn’t welcoming at all. Really disappointed with her “service”, mind you it was our first time seen her and she didn’t even bothered to know anything about my son’s health. She didn’t act as a Pediatric Dr. won’t recommend her and won’t go back

Waited over an hour for a five- minute appointment. Dr. Silverberg was nice and the exam was fine. But the long wait without explanation or apologies by the staff is just disrespectful of the patients and their time.

Dr Silverberg has made such a huge difference in my life. I had vitiligo breaking out all over my face, hands and legs. After a few months with Dr. Silverberg what's left is barely noticeable. So incredibly grateful to her.

I brought my son to see Dr. Silverberg about a few skin issues. She had a good bedside manner with him and answered all my questions thoroughly. The staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely take him back there if necessary and go myself if I need to see a dermatologist.

dr. silverberg is the best. not only is she amazing at what she does, but she takes the time to get to know you. she was my dermatologist years ago and i tracked her down again because i couldn't imagine seeing anyone else. i'm so glad i did!

Dr. Silverberg was great. So was the staff.
I was disappointed that the information i had entered in advance via zocdoc had NOT been communicated to their office so i once again needed to supply a copy of insurance card and basic name, address, emergency contact etc. Why enter this on Zocdoc if it isn’t shared with providers?

She was helpful with a lot of recommendations of where to go to check my skin and protect it. However, I think she did a rush job, and didn't feel she really thoroughly check me. My scalp wasn't really checked, and she had an assistant which you are always supposed to have standing there while they skin screen check you. Although, he was standing right across from me in the corner of the small room I was checked in, it felt really uncomfortable, especially when I needed her to check the privates. He also gave me some odd looks before and after the screening. I hope she realizes, that it was an awkward screening and I have no qualms about being checked everywhere in front of professionals, however, the positioning, person all added up to something quite uncomfortable. Sorry! Nanette Silverberg!, but I will be choosing someone else. Also, something rather strange, was that she said anyone more at risk of skin cancer, like having a genetic predisposition like i have, should come in every 6 months. I know this to be true if you have had Malenoma already, but not so if you have not. I just make sure I check every year. I have also been told I have about 30 moles that is lower than the usual, so I don't feel the need to be overly doing visits and paying more just because of this recommendation from her if I don't have to.

If you can, please avoid visiting with Dr Silverberg and her staff. They asked us to show up early since it was our 15 month old son's first appointment. We did, but they did not see us for over 2 hrs and had complete apathy towards us waiting. From hearing others in the waiting room, this was normal there. What made it worst is that when we finally saw the Dr she barely took a look at our son and gave us a cookie cutter talk about his conidition on toddlers. She made no apology for being late and barely took time to diagnose my son. We will not go back.

My son was seen very quickly, however the appointment felt rushed. She did not take the time to become familiar with my child, performed a minor examination, and did not illuminate a welcoming vibe for a new mother and her concerns. Overall, I feel the bare minimal was accomplished.
