I was initially hesitant about seeing a male gynecologist, but I am so grateful I chose Dr. Michael Frey. He was incredibly gentle, attentive, and thorough, taking the time to address all of my underlying concerns without ever making me feel rushed. He made my comfort his priority throughout the visit.
There was no wait time, which is remarkable for a specialist. The office was spotless, and the staff were welcoming, supportive, and efficient—even the lab team made the process of drawing blood quick and comfortable.
Dr. Frey provided thoughtful advice and guidance, and I truly feel I could not ask for a better gynecologist. I honestly don’t want to see anyone else after this experience. I’m so thankful to Zocdoc for helping me find such a reliable doctor and office. Absolutely a 10/10 experience.

Dr. Frey was very understanding, active listener and he made me feel heard and understood. I went for severe menstrual pain, heavy bleeding and small fibroids. He was attentive and not rushing me out. He gave me several options and was open to listening to my concerns and answering all questions.

Dr. Frey listened earnestly to my concerns and ordered thorough blood work and ultrasounds to see what was causing my symptoms. Let’s just say I learned a lot and am grateful to be on track to get healthier! I’m very appreciative of Dr. Frey help! Oh and this Mount Sinai Office is beautiful! The staff is very kind and welcoming. I usually get very nervous visit Doctors Offices but during both of my visits, I was at ease!
