I imagine that this is a typical major city dr. office where many types of insurance are accepted: front desk staff are not personable, more than 1 patient booked in a time slot.
pro: entire visit took just less an an hr (considering i had a mid afternoon appt),
was able to email a visiual of insurance card (why it wasnt already on file is beyond me, mind you),
friendly enough nurse staff,
without effort on my part,
i was addressed the way i prefer (such a tall order in some dr. offices),
takes Oscar insurance,
can make appt about 3 months out via zocdoc.com
con: waited near 45 mins for dr. ,
didnt have my insurance info on file apparently

Dr. Rothenberg has been my doctor for several years now. She is friendly, professional and knows her stuff! The staff and nurses in the office are very friendly as well.
I don't think I've ever been seen on time though. I always wait between 40-60 minutes after my appt time to actually see her. She's great though and worth the wait, just make sure you bring something to read.

Susan Rothenberg was attentive, helpful, thorough, and gave me excellent, clear information about my treatment options. Everyone in her office was also incredibly helpful. Highly recommend.

The wait time was a bit of a bummer. Took a lot longer than I thought. But Dr. Rothenberg was wonderful - she apologized for the wait, was incredibly sweet and professional, and I'd recommend her to anyone.
