It's hard to find a good primary! But I really liked the doctor, the office, and the staff. The wait wasn't long at all, the staff was patient and helpful, and the doctor asked great questions to get to know me better since I'm a new patient. Unless I change insurance providers for some reason, I hope to return to this doctor for any other appointments I need.

Dr. Kimura was very clear and efficient, she addressed any concerns and questions and made me feel heard but still got through the appointment efficiently. A great experience.

I was seen quickly in a clean office. However, did not have a great experience with the people there.
The nurse didn’t seem like she was on top of her game, I had to ask what my blood test order was first, that was when she checked the doctors note, meanwhile was all ready to draw my blood (did she check what she needed?). At the same time, had the worst time drawing my blood. I had a lot of doctors visits and many blood drawn last year and zero issues, and here I suddenly have bad veins.
The doctor was nice for the in person visit. But I did feel rushed. She did not ask many questions for a first time visit for an annual physical, no questions about family history or anything. It was very much a “well get your blood drawn and that’ll be it” kind of a visit

I was scheduled for a physical with Dr. Kimura but got exposed to COVID, but we were still able to do the physical via virtual visit…and she ordered the necessary blood work and referrals for me. She was kind and patient and answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns…it was a great virtual visit experience. Virtual is still not the same as in person care for me…because I like the doctor to do a full exam in person, but since I was sick it was great that I was able to change my visit to a virtual one and still be able to keep my appointment ??

This was not a positive experience. It was extremely brief. She was not thorough and lacked any interest in the visit. No EKG even when asked when I had a full cardiac work up last year. No thyroid test ordered until I requested, despite being focused on my weight gain and family history of hypothyroidism. I will not be returning and would not recommend.
