I was very pleased with how nice he was with my toddler and also the nurse. They spoke directly to him and explained how the visit was going to go. It was truly cute. I struggle with finding friendly doctors for my higher toddler. It also make me feel more comfortable when the doctor show that they like children.

I never write a review but felt it was needed after my daughter's appointment. I went to Dr. Londino because my daughter's doctor said she might have a tongue tie. From the moment I walked into the office I was treated so kindly by the receptionist. The nurses working in the office were so kind, helpful, and personable. Dr. Londino was so patient, kind, and honest. He made me feel comfortable as a first time mother by taking the time to explain everything to me. I would highly recommend Dr. Londino!

Just great with kids, really puts them at ease so the exams and procedures don’t feel scary or uncomfortable at all. I was amazed at what my kids let him do to their ears and throats because they were so comfortable with him. Also communicates clearly with the parent. Just a great pediatric doc!
At the time of confirming my appointment, the person confirming listened to the reason and suggested that we move the the next day as most likely we would need to be seen by both the doctor and the voice therapist who is only there once week. She saved me a lot of time! When we arrived for appointment we were promptly register and seen by the doctor and the voice therapist. They had all the necessary equipment to investigate and were able to diagnose the problem. Throughout the entire time they made my six year old comfortable with the process, explaining upcoming steps and then explaining to me the issue and the options for the next steps.

Dr. Londino is a doctor made to work with children. His way of making a child(and parents) feel comfortable is amazing. My daughter was recently diagnosed with ASD and we had to have a procedure done which she was VERY upset about. Dr. Londino made the appointment and met us at the hospital and my daughter's eyes lit up as soon as she saw the doctor. He followed up with us after and our post operation appointment. We will go to Dr. Londino in the future for sure.

Having the zocdoc set up confused me, as the appointment was not through zocdoc and the link it texted me. The telemedicine appointment was through mychart. Zocdoc should not send text messages / links to another site that DOES NOT PROVIDE ACTUAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE VISIT.

Despite the error we had with time for our appointment because of misaligned scheduling systems with ZocDoc and date change for the actual appointment, the team were very kind, understanding and helpful and my sick child was seen by the doctor with minimum wait time. As always, Dr Londino was so very efficient as helpful, and my child likes him for the great character and always cheerful sense of humor, that creates trusting and calm atmosphere during our visits and moves things faster in all ways.
