Not a good communicator. Did not give me proper reassurance of what to expect after a procedure, and did not give me a chance to ask questions. He did follow up with me on some concerning findings on tests he ordered, but not in the appropriate setting and manner, rushing as if he had somewhere else to be. Would avoid in the future.

Friendliness and professionalism of the staff and especially the Doctor made me feel welcomed and extremely comfortable. The nurses were great and extremely knowledgeable. I felt like a family member in this professional establishment. Great people!

Dr. Grafstein is fantastic. For obvious reasons, a visit to a urologist can be anxiety provoking - but Dr. Grafstein immediately put me at ease with his reassuring demeanor and obvious mastery of the field. I appreciated him taking the time to answer all of my questions and to thoughtfully explain next steps. A little bit of internet research reveals that Dr. Grafstein is tops in his field, and, equally importantly, he is also a kind and compassionate person.

Dr. Graffstein explains everything carefully and courteously. He’s careful to listen to everything you say and listens to your concerns. Our consultation was relatively brief, but I never felt rushed. He very carefully laid out the next steps I could take.

Terrible.
Waited 1:15 to be seen then another one hour and 30 minutes in the back while doctor juggled about 7 patients.
Spoke to me for 10 minutes then kept attempting to force me to make another appointment. Dont remember a word he said as everything was he said was rushed.
Attempted to exam me while door was open and nurses busting in. I had to lock door myself.
Never had a worst doctor experience in my years of living.

Very professional and empathetic. Managed to squeeze me in for a couple of invasive tests on the day of my initial visit. Cares about the patient's feelings and schedule restraints as well as the patient's medical issues. My initial impression is that he's a mensch!

Doctor Grafstein: is one of the fineness physician's I've seen since coming back to NYC from NC. For a person with some age, we are bound to feel pain and for some of us that pain is constant, with debilitating side-affects. So it's good to have a doctor who knows most of the grounds in areas of urinary, in case we forget.
