The Doctor was great and very efficient and professional. My issue was with the office. I was told when I arrived that I wasn't in the system for an appt, when I showed my notifications/reminders, I was told, "Oh, that's because you used Zoc Doc", as though I made an error. I went to the website for the doctor after being referred and that seemed to be the way to make the appt. I also scheduled the appt for 8:30 so that I could get to the office at a reasonable hour. I was told that they would have to "squeeze me in" for an echocardigram b/c it wasn't scheduled (even though I was sent to this doctor for that test). Again, they blamed it on the fact that I used Zoc Doc. THEN, I was told, there was training, so I would have to wait an hour before they could do the test. I was there at 8:30 and didn't get out of there until 11. I was not impressed by this at all and, again, was made to feel like I made a mistake in using Zoc Doc.
