I was intrigued that others found the doctor's bedside good; I found him angry and defensive . He did not do a physical exam on my son, nor did he take a complete history. He looked at my son's labs and yelled at me about a diagnosis.

Dr. Ting was great in communicating clearly and thoroughly. He did a fantastic job. He explained everything, put them in writing, and gave us a printout. He was clearly knowledgeable and gives a lot of confidence. Fantastic doc! Great visit.

Dr. Ting was friendly from the moment he called our name out in the waiting room. He has a great sense of humor and a simplistic way of explaining things ie: asthma, chronic cough, etc. The waiting room gets crowded to see other doctors but luckily the wait time was only a few minutes past our scheduled time and Dr Ting was a pleasure to see.

This visit exceeded my expectations. The staff was courteous and friendly. There was a quick temperature check at the lobby before you get in the elevator to the designated floor for Dr. Bush. We probably waited 5 mins after check in and were called in by the nurse to take vitals. Dr. Bush is amazing. He has great bedside manner and very thorough. Fantastic listener. I wish all my doctors are as great as he is. I highly recommend him.
