I am a sensitive anxious patient and can be highly critical of care. I usually end up paying for private care and I’m glad I didn’t hear because he was truly an intellectual and caring doctor. I feel very well taken care of.

Although I was called twice by Mt. Sinai to confirm my appointment, I was never called by Dr. Sheth as promised. He has a "palace guard" of nurses and receptionists that do not listen and insist on my coming to his office physically when I am 90 years old and need a rollator and Dr. Sheth and I, months ago, said we would discuss the MRI by video. I have been his patient for some 40 years and this is the worst attention I have received fro Mt. Sinai East.
