This review is based on the app and office. The app provided me with a time, which I selected. Then received confirmation from the office about my appointment.
Filled out the forms online, then received a text from the office during their lunch hour that I needed to call they had questions before my appointment. I called and was told oh your appointment isn't available because the doctors weren't in the office today. If you're going to use an online booking service you might want to communicate with that service when you're doctors aren't in the office so the app doesn't allow someone like myself to book an appointment that doesn't exist.

All staff are friendly and conscientious and taking care of questions scheduling and very considerate when visit their facility. Vivian and Gabe have an awesome personality. Very friendly and courteous staff always get the best of treatment make every effort at last minute appointments to fill in to get to see the doctor or to get a certain treatment which have been working very well recommended to almost anybody referring to the ketamine need to do your homework and decide if it's for you it was really for me and my wife has really helped a lot

This was my second time using this app. The Dr was on time, very attentive and had an answer for all my questions. He was excited about his job and attentive. Once my transportation issues are covered,(my apologies)I can't wait to get started with this treatment. The Lord was 100% leading me here. I was in another country getting this treatment due to how Hard it is to find and with coverage.. Thank you Dr and staff for your kindness and time. God Bless
