Dr. Mourad's office is cleverly listed as "in-network" for various insurances, including on the providers' websites, but with a note in the details saying that he bills all insurances as out of network, apparently hoping that you'll see the in-network listing but not notice the immediate contradiction. Well, that happened to me, and now I'm on the hook. A great in-office experience, and I'd otherwise have been happy to recommend, but the office simply shouldn't be listed as in-network if it won't ever be *billed* in-network. That's an incredibly shady marketing practice and I'm ashamed to have fallen for it.

I wanted to visit Dr. Mustofa but he didn’t seen me. Another Dr, her name is Ms. Jonson she gave me time. She was a good listener but she doesn’t have any knowledge about sinus problem. She is the worst Dr I have ever visited.

First visit, I found the doctor and staff very professional and attentive. I would recommend the doctor who had a pleasant bed side demeanor.
Dr. Mourad eased my concerns about in and out of network services and was interested in getting to the root cause of my complaint.

I had a positive experience. The office is clean and the staff are friendly. Dr. Mourad was able to see me right away on arrival. He listened carefully and outlined a course of action.

I was lucky to find Dr. Mourad on Zocdoc. He was the 7th ENT doctor I saw and the only one who was able to help me. For 1.5 years I suffered with sinus issues. None of the previous doctors were able to properly diagnose and treat me. During my first visit with Dr. Mourad he explained in details my condition. He did not rush me. I immediately felt at ease and confident to have him perform the surgery. His office staff were amazing. They took care of all my paperwork and handled everything from beginning to end. Ree, his medical assistant was truly amazing. My surgery date was moved to earlier because my condition became worse and she was able to find an earlier opening for my surgery. Even though it was last minute, she found a doctor so I could complete the pre-op tests required. Without her help I don’t know what I would have done. She made the entire process so easy and smooth. I cannot believe how lucky I was to find Dr. Mourad and his team. They literally saved my life!

Dr. Moustafa Mourad and his professional staff deserve the best rating ever! My experience with Dr. Mourad was very pleasant. He explained everything to me in a very clear manner. He was also kind and friendly. All of the staff was great – they were helpful, patient and helped with my insurance requirements. I did a sinuses surgery and I can't be happier with the results. I feel that my life has changed since! I breath way better and I have less headaches now. And I'm in love with my new nose <3 <3 <3 I'm very thankful for Dr. Mourad for his expertise and dedication.
