Dr. John is phenomenal, professional, knowledgeable, and great bedside manner. I felt immediate relief before leaving, and after dealing with unbearable neck pain, I finally feel hopeful that under her care I’ll get better.
I highly recommend booking directly with Movement Matters Rehab for accurate appointment times (not through Zocdoc—this isn’t the office’s fault).

Everyone in the office was friendly, professional, and attentive. Dr. John definitely lived up to the hype in other reviews. She was a great listener and the first PT provider (I've seen 2 other providers prior to this visit) that I felt actually cared and wanted to work to improve my situation.
It can can a bit crowded and busy but don't let that disuade you as it is definitely worth the extra wait.

This was my first trip there was pleasant. Nice support staff they seemed organized and professional communicated in a professional yet congenial way . Dr. K.John listened and explained to me what to expect . Explained how many visits I would be approved for . They gave me exercises which I did there as I suffer from Hemplegia, drop foot from Multiple Sclerosis. I have no complaints from my first visit

Absolutely wonderful Physical Therapy practice. In one visit Dr. John solved what 3 specialists and several doctors had not been able to. Dr. John was professional and knowledgeable. She listened intently and with so much compassion and care. The staff members were kind, professional, and full of energy. I will definitely be returning and have already referred my partner. This is a great place for anyone but I have to say as a Black woman navigating the medical system I was thrilled to be treated with such care, concern, and skill. "I've been going to Movement Matters for a few months now, and I'm absolutely thrilled with the care I've received. My therapist, Keisha is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and has designed a personalized program that has already helped me see significant improvements in my chronic pain. The exercises are challenging but manageable, and she is always available to answer questions and provide adjustments. The entire staff is supportive and encouraging, and I love that they take the time to explain what they're doing and why. The care and comfort that I experience at Movement Matters Rehab (MMR), I believe, ads to the healing process. Dr. John is highly knowledgeable in her field and it shows through her attention to detail, that I'm sure she acquired throughout her years of hands on experience. The staff is very professional, well disposed and attentive. Since being under their care, there has never been a wait-time issue. After your second visit you feel like family! The atmosphere is always upbeat and positive (Exactly what's needed for positive progression in my opinion). I LOVE the care that I recieve there. I honestly feel like they will go the distance to ensure my body is as close to, if not exceeding the standards of my rehabilitation. I highly recommend MMR if ever you should need physical therapy. They are the BEST!!
