It was a good experience in the doctor's visit, but my prescription was never sent to the pharmacy so I had to use my insurances 24/7 virtual urgent care to get my medicine. I will not be returning to this doctor. I had also called 3 times to remind her to fill the order and she did not.

I was not seen by the Dr i booked- the staff was rushed because it was almost 5. They did not have the documents i filled before zocdoc and I had to do them all over again. I was literally rushed the whole time. The Dr kept saying it was almost 5, she barely examined me physically. Bad experience.

I did not see the doctor advertised. Very rushed annual physical from a random person who didn’t even intro themselves. Absolutely no English in the whole office. The doctor himself could barely communicate.

Doctor was very flat and unwelcoming. Rushed our appointment and didn’t really ask me any questions. Total time with him was probably 5-7 minutes, which is absurd for an annual. There was one kind nurse but everyone else seemed either rushed or confused.

I went for an Echocardiogram, I ended up getting a chest X-Ray, and the doctor made me concerned over my lungs in the chest X-ray, and I never even got the echocardiogram. The machine they hooked me up to didn’t function properly, and none of the “monitors” would stick to my skin.

Waited 2 hours for the doctor to tell me he could not help me because he is not my PCP. I do not have one. I booked him because he is one. The receptionist were gossiping and I had to take a number and wait despite having an appointment. Paid for nothing.

I found this provider through Zocdoc because I was specifically looking for a dermatologist. I waited a long time for my appointment. Before I was even seen, I had to complete extensive paperwork online and then fill out additional forms again in the office. After all that, the doctor told me they could not help me because they were not a dermatologist. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. I was still charged for the visit, and I believe my insurance will also be billed. I do not understand why an appointment for a dermatologist would be scheduled with someone who is not a dermatologist. This experience felt very misleading, and I would not recommend it or return.
