I did not see the doctor advertised. Very rushed annual physical from a random person who didn’t even intro themselves. Absolutely no English in the whole office. The doctor himself could barely communicate.

Doctor was very flat and unwelcoming. Rushed our appointment and didn’t really ask me any questions. Total time with him was probably 5-7 minutes, which is absurd for an annual. There was one kind nurse but everyone else seemed either rushed or confused.

I went for an Echocardiogram, I ended up getting a chest X-Ray, and the doctor made me concerned over my lungs in the chest X-ray, and I never even got the echocardiogram. The machine they hooked me up to didn’t function properly, and none of the “monitors” would stick to my skin.

Waited 2 hours for the doctor to tell me he could not help me because he is not my PCP. I do not have one. I booked him because he is one. The receptionist were gossiping and I had to take a number and wait despite having an appointment. Paid for nothing.

I had an earache so I scheduled appointment with my primary care doctor Jaynier Moya for Thursday the 12th we drive all the way to Pembroke Pines the doctor isn't in the APRN is taken care of the patients so they weigh me and then they say okay 79.2 take 3 lb away for clothes and shoes oh you weigh 76.2 lb like I haven't gained any weight and I have then so we go into the examin room and there's a couple of water sitting there and the APRN comes in with this medicine cup with the stick liquid stuff she takes it and throws it in the garbage and then takes a drink of water and then I say okay after my you do my Examination for the earache I have some questions about some tests and some paperwork beautiful out and so she says what test I said the test in Portal she said there is no test there is no test show me where it is huh show me show me daughter self back in her chair leaning forward at me she never checked my ears no medicine wasted time and money and they got paid

They still haven’t sent my doctors note to my email and it’s been almost a week I can lose my job if I don’t receive it desk personnel can’t do their job right they claim they’re going to send something and can’t take the five minutes to do so when people have their livelihood on the line it’s disgusting.

Tried to get on the phone with doctor for 2 days was 15+mins early to appointment. doctor never joined video call and when i reached out to the office they were not aware of my appointment and told me that i would receive a call
back or that he would join the call which never happened. i’ve been out of work for 2 days and i can barely speak as is. i haven’t been able to get into the doctors office near me at a convenient time so i found this very disappointing when trying to receive help.

DR. MOYA WAS NOT EVEN IN THE OFFICE I WAS SEEN BY A LADY THAT DID NOT SPEAK ENGLISH. THE RECEPTIONIST BARELY SPOKE ANY ENGLISH. VERY WEIRD AND UNPROFESSIONAL SETTING. DR MOYA I AM GOING TO GET THIS PLACE AUDITED

Unprofessional. On Nov. 18, 2024, I visited Moya Medical in Pembroke Pines for an annual physical with Dr. Jaynier Moya. I chose this office because they advertised English and Spanish services. However, communication was nearly impossible. The front desk and nurses primarily spoke Spanish, making it difficult to convey my concerns.
A man named Juan Perez Almeida was introduced as the doctor, but I later discovered he was not Dr. Moya. While he spoke some English, he frequently switched to Spanish, despite my preference for English. He spent only two minutes with me, recommended bloodwork and a thyroid ultrasound, and dismissed my concerns about weight and recurring UTIs.
On Nov. 20, I returned for results, and Juan refused to speak English, claiming I needed to "practice Spanish." He dismissed my questions, left abruptly, and provided no treatment plan. The paperwork later revealed unaddressed lab results, and I never met Dr. Moya. I won't return and don’t recommend this office.

So glad I booked this doctor last minute. Was having anxiety going to a new doctor. Sat in the car for 30 minutes but everyone was super nice and best part, I didn't have to wait longer than 15 minutes !! Got to do my lab work there and everything - winner winner chicken dinner- know I can eat since I have been fasting for 15 hours !
