I’m Linda Rowan, a board-certified psychiatric nurse practitioner offering warm, practical, and science-based mental health care. I hold licenses in Colorado and Washington and completed dual master’s degrees, including training in psychiatric mental health and lifestyle medicine. I’m also actively involved in research on wearable wellness tools for anxiety and cannabis-related stress, which keeps my practice innovative and science-driven.
