I actually was very unhappy with this office. I scheduled an appt a week before and it was confirmed. Once I arrive I was informed that my appt had been cancelled and the provider wouldn’t be in for weeks and there was no one there that I could see. The staff then tried to blame me for them not calling or texting to inform me my appt was cancelled. According to them “I blocked them” not sure how I can block a number I’ve never received a call from. Over all very unhappy. They were not in the slightest bit helpful.
Dr. Young was very professional, ?and You can tell he care for his patients and their well-being.. ? I received a warm welcome prior to my video visit from his staff. To see how I was doing, and the reason I was visiting ?? and how to use video visit. ? Dr. Young was concerned about my health. And also informed me about follow-up visits for Care ?? I would recommend anyone to Dr. Young he was a great doctor to visit and I believe first impression is everything. ? his first impression was amazing? and professional. ?

Horrible experience with unfriendly. inattentive, and rude staff. The staff would talk extremely loud and would write notes on a scrap paper that they later would not recall writing down, I wonder why... The doctor did not seem to care about my concerns. I don't suggest coming to this doctor...if you want proper care and service.
Felt very uncomfortable seems like they only like to see their own people. Went for a check he didnt check my ears, eyes , throat. All he was listen to my heart and lungs. Did press on stomach check my reflexes. Very upset when I didnt want a flu shot told him I got very sick the last time I was on said I have to pay the conquest if I get really sick and die. ?? . Very awful.

Seemed disinterested and aloof. Insinuated that I was a risk for drug-seeking behavior; and gave me half a prescription as a result of that. Which I did not enjoy being grouped in with a bunch of degenerates. Did not consistently use normal conversational mechanisms- eye contact or repeating back what he heard- to affirm that he heard things I was saying. Overall he seemed tired.
