MSW Psychological Associates
I’m Dr. Madison White, a licensed clinical psychologist offering virtual therapy and psychological evaluations for adults in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Florida. I specialize in working with adult women (ages 19–40) who are high-achieving, insightful, and often overwhelmed by anxiety, perfectionism, or intrusive thoughts. My therapy style is warm but direct—I don’t sugarcoat things, and I often use humor to help clients challenge shame and self-doubt.
I provide evidence-based treatment for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), the gold standard for OCD therapy. I also conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for adults seeking clarity around ADHD and autism. Whether you’re navigating uncertainty about a possible diagnosis or looking to break free from the exhausting cycle of OCD, my practice offers a supportive and structured space to explore, grow, and find answers.
