Overall experience was great. My doctor was very nice and professional. She made me feel more comfortable during the visit. I appreciate her a lot. I would love if the staff explain a bit more of what I was charge for and what were covered. The wait time was short. Services and exams were done quickly. Store was very clean.

They are very good . The only thing I cwould say is that vthere are about 5-6 text confirmations vand 2-3 phone confirmations. Just too many and the office has atleast 4 people in the lobby that help.

I was given a new eye prescription that differed from the prescription I’ve been wearing for a decade+. I expressed some concerns regarding the new prescription based on what past ophthalmologists have explained to me regarding my eyesight and needs, but decided to give the new prescription a try based on the provider’s professional assessment. When I picked up my new glasses, it was incredibly difficult to see and I felt nauseous looking through the lens, which is exactly what I feared. I made a new appointment and went back to the provider and got my prescription updated, but it still differs from my original prescription which I again expressed concerns about, but I did not feel my concerns were heard. It’s frustrating to have spent extra time and money to see this provider twice.

I scheduled a last minute appointment. I was accepted right away. I was worried about an object in my eye. My worries were relieved immediately and a full check up was done. The professional and kind attitudes made the visit worthwhile in every way.
Definitely a good place for a single visit or a long-term provider.
